Measurements *
* Sampling design All trees within the core area were measured for height (5 m levelling staff and vertex VI), basal diameter and diameter at breast height (diameter tape) and different characteristics, such as vitality, sociological class, coverage and different damages, status of the tree label was also noted. Here are the ages for the tree species when they have been delivered (19.03.2015) for plantation in the MyDiv Experiment: Acer pseudoplatanus 2 years, Aesculus hippocastanum 3 years, Fraxinus excelsior 2 years, Prunus avium 2 years, Sorbus aucuparia 2 years, Betula pendula 2 years, Carpinus betulus 2 years, Fagus sylvatica 2 years, Quercus petreae 2 years, Tilia platyphyllos 2 years
